There are four of them: 1 regular-sized fellow and 3 miniatures.
Based on the cover of issue 85 released in July 1999 and illustrated by Todd McFarlane himself. A figure based on it appeared in the fourth Spawn Art series of 27 in March 2005.

Pretty unremarkable really, we are so used to good sculpt that another excellent statue is taken for granted.

Spawn i085 Miniatures
Well, Spawn i085 may have marks its appearance only in 2005 but when the 1st trading series was announced, it was among the pioneers. The first version, the original mv1 is a duplicate of the orignal. mv2, the repaint version is in grey, a very popular second colour scheme for the 3" trading series figures. And mv3, the exclusive is gold-washed.
