There is only ONE official version: April 2006 Series 27 MTCC Exclusive
Based on the cover of Spawn issue #30. The above picture on the top is found inside the same issue. Originally meant to be released as part of Series 27 as a MTCC Exclusive back in May 2005 but due to production error, it was delayed until April 2006.
The finished result is a 3-D replica of the cover. When buying this figure, remember to ask for the tattered cape that is provided separately (and it is free) with this figure.
