Based on the cover of Spawn Monthly Series #43 “Evil” drawn by Greg Capullo and Todd McFarlane and published in February 1996.

It was introduced under Series 24: The Classic Comic Cover I in early October 2003.
The title is "Evil" but he has a rather sexy pose!
This “Evil Spawn” came in a close second in the popularity yardstick for Spawn 24 figures behind Hellspawn i.001 but it is nevertheless a favourite with the gang even though the cape takes the dexterity of child labour to fix. It is a very good adaptation of the cover and when it comes to display, nothing beats the i043 for its breathtaking cape and pose.
