Sep 2004 Series 26 Boxset Original: Spawn vs Cy-Gor (issue 57 cover art)
This figure is based on the cover of Spawn Monthly Series #57 “The Beast” drawn by Todd McFarlane and published in January 1997. The art on the top is from a double page inside the issue. It was released in a box set: Spawn vs Cy-Gor as part of Series 26: The Art of Spawn in September 2004.
