2008 SDCC Exclusive: Hellspartan
McFarlane Toys obtained the license of HALO 3 and couldn't help but to combine a HALO figure with their house brand of SPAWN to create Hellspartan aka Halo Spawn. At 4.6", he conformed to the rest of the HALO figures.
HALO is a very popular XBOX 360 game and this spawn figure is described as a Spartan-grade soldier. Since I would be throwing away the box, it is only appropriate that I type out the details on the back of the card:

PROJECT DETAILS

PROJECT OVERVIEW: To bolster both our offensive/defensive capabilities in the escalating conflict the armies of the Covenant, the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) commissioned wide ranging programs of research into the creation of more Spartan-grade soldiers.
RECRUITMENT: Limited. Five individuals, handpicked from the ranks of the classified Spartan program. (NAMESAND SERVICES RECORDS CLASSIFIED).
RESULTS: Unacceptable. Only two of the five recruits survived past the second month of "in-suit" training.
