The original version of this statuesque figure (it did claim to be a collectible, not action figure) was sold in the US under KB Toys. One of the only movement in this figure is the movement of the head.
November 1995 Retail Exclusive Exclusive Version: Spawn vs Violator
Released by FAO Schwarz, a subsidiary of KB Toys. The end cap in February 1997 mentioned that this exclusive was released in the Spring of 1995.
There is a rather nice weight to this collectible figure.
