January 2004 Retail Exclusive: Manga Spawn Robots
An exclusive to Wal-Mart but available in retail outside the US, the 'Manga Spawn Robots' 2-Pack features:
the fourth repaint version of Manga Spawn (Series 9) in blood red, gold sword and gold ‘M’;
the long-awaited first repaint of Manga Samurai Spawn (Series 10) in black body and yellow mustard armour and the Manga Samurai Spawn has optional headsculpts - that of either the stag helmet or a trojan helmet. For card collector, this is one card but for display collectors, a potential of three figures.
February 2004 Series 25 Original: Spawn hsi.5
Riding on the success of Series 24 is another classic comic cover series. The covers from Hellspawn features prominently this time around. The original title is Spawn hsi.5 but he is also remembered as Hellspawn i005.
February 2004 Series 25 Original: Spawn hsi.11
The figure is unusually small as compared to the usual 6" tall figures. Note the scythe as this would differentiate him from the variant.

Released simultaneously with the original is this official variant with a different head sculpt and armed instead with a staff.

Sold as Spawn i95 but mentioned in spawn.com as Spawn 8.
April 2004 Retail Exclusive: Spawn the Samurai Warrior
'Spawn: The Samurai Warrior', originally meant to be a Wal-Mart Exclusive but was evetnually made available through both KB Toys and MTCC as well as retailers outside the US.
It features a Series 19 Samurai Spawn Repaint and Takeda, the human that he was before turning into Spawn.
June 2004 Licensed Exclusive: Spawn Chains of Destiny
Exclusive only in Japan, this PS2 game pre-order promotional figure features the same-old same-old 4” figure that the manufacturer has been hawking around since the 2003 San Diego Comicon days. In the US, the video game is known as Spawn: Armageddon. This duplicate figure does not even have an accessory to differentiate it from the original. Display collector can safely do without this figure.
June 2004 Reborn Series 2: Cyber Spawn
This series was another all-Spawn lineup. It introduced us to a second repaint of Cyber Spawn in white.
June 2004 Reborn Series 2: Interlink Spawn
A garishly repainted Spawn RL3 that first appeared in 2001 and titled as Interlink Spawn. He is the only one of the six interlink spawns to be repainted, prompting speculation of future Reborn Series with more Interlink Spawns that would allow collectors to recreate the Interlink-6 Spawn.
June 2004 Reborn Series 2: Mandarin Spawn
There is the third repaint of Mandarin Spawn which failed to ignite the same passion as in previous Mandarin Spawn.
June 2004 Reborn Series 2: Manga She-Spawn
And there is a brand new Spawn called Manga She-Spawn which of course begs the question why is she in the Reborn Series if she is new? Seems like she is reborn after going through her previous life as the Goddess (Series 9)! One does wonders about her sanity.
