Alerted to an episode of "House M.D." that featured a Spawn figure. Tyranide from Russia noticed that Episode 4: Instant Karma from Season 6 featured a Manga Spawn 2 (among many other toys) that appeared in the beginning of the tv show. Stopped watching "House MD" after Season 4 and thus missed out on it, really appreciate the heads-up notice from Tyranide. Am downloading the episode and would put up an image soon.

This is Nyx the She-Spawn. She is going to be the first in a collection of 12" female spawn figures. I figured a series of 5-6 figures should suffice. The rest would come from the following, any opinions?

...mulling over his unfinished work because of those wiry hairs. Any suggestions? The head incidentally is a new sculpt. Fabulous, isn't it.

Was having a Messenger Chat with Ricky (Hunter R) when I learned that the Curse of the Spawn Bust is an original sculpt and not customed from an existing figure. My humble apologies. And if truth be told, your head sculpt is way, WAY, way way superior over the one on the right.

A contribution from Ricky (Hunter R). He saw this in a Hobby Japan magazine ages ago but Hobby Japan just don't seems to be selling this kit figure? Instead, the garage kit produced by Hobby Japan is the more commonly available version found here.

End of 2009 has been a completely crazy period, with multiple tasks and it was thus that I failed to notice a PM from Ricky (Hunter R). He directed me to a blog belonging to a friend of his: Dark Lau revealing a delightful Spawn figure. Thanks Rick.

Finally, Hector Arce agrees to do a She-Spawn sculpt for me. Here is the armature! There would of course be more updates.
Nov 22nd - More update from Raymond with test paint applied.

Nov 15th - It's going to be nigh impossible to update my collection for the next few month due to work, fortunately I have quite a sizeable backlog of images to share in this blog - presenting a life-sized sculpture of Spawn by a Chinese sculptor. Okay, it doesn't exactly resembles Spawn but the title did mentioned Reborn Hero or Spawn in the Mandarin parlance.
Nov 8th - In the movie 'Orphan', Daniel (played by Jimmy Bennett) include two Spawn figures for his paintball target practice. Larger images in Omega Squadron and Spawn i131. After this paint-ful destruction of Spawns, Esther (Isabelle Fuhrman playing the crazy orphan) almost succeeded in taking revenge for those Spawns by attempting to suffocate Daniel to death. :-).
Nov 1st - This Sunday dig through my data revealed this life-sized statue of Spawn by Renato Thally from Brazil. Enjoy.
Oct 25th - I paid for this item in eBay from an Argentine seller but it never did make its appearance at this fair shores, darn and I was really looking forward to it. And he promptly disappeared from eBay too and refused to answer any of my emails, a pox on you...you know who you are.
